Guarantees:

The Infloor tubing is guaranteed for 25 years. The boilers, control panels, thermostats and associated control equipment is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of installation.

These guarantees are only applicable when the system are installed and serviced by an approved Warmfloor Agent.

An annual maintenance service will prolong the life of a system and maximize the energy efficiency.

Tube spacing is kept within the design ratio of 200mm to 300mm centers. This enables the floor temperature to be controlled between 14oC and 28.5oC without excessive use of energy.
